The Bedouin Camp - accommodation for climbers

The Bedouin Camp and guest house is in the El Melga area of St Katherine’s village. It provides a great base for climbers. The rooms are clean and secure and the water in the showers is almost always hot. The arisha in the winter has a glowing fire to sit around in the evening, and in the summer it provides a welcome shade from the fierce sun. The restaurant managed by Hgerzy is fantastic and has a very wide choice of dishes on the menu. Access to the kitchen without Hgerzy can be arranged for those climbers who need an early start in the mornings.

In short we think it is a great place to stay. We will be leaving the new route book in the camp for climbers to add their route info to. This will ensure that your hard work will not go unnoticed and will be added to the future editions of the climbing guidebook.
